Sound Bath Training with Alarra

This training is meant to help you understand and facilitate various aspects of sound bath, particularly the Harmonic Earth Temple Gong Meditation Sound Bath. I have been developing this work since 2008 when I first began sitting with my Sedna gong and began the life-opening exploration of creating community sound baths. The path of this work offers deep insights, unimaginably potent alchemical medicine, attunement and refinement of the sacred heart energy, an ever-blossoming space of compassion, and a brilliant and beautiful way to be in service in community as a healing arts practitioner. 

Your training includes four, two-hour sessions that include Principles of Space Holding, Grounding and Orienting, Guided Meditation, Principles of Sound Healing, Introduction to Sound Healing Instruments, and finally Customizing Your Sound Bath. These trainings are a tremendous opportunity to cultivate and potentize your healing arts. It’s fascinating and fun!
